The alternative for iOS is Android... I am also not making an argument because I am not here to try and convince people to use iOS, I am simply pointing out that you shouldn’t have to flash more crap on your device to make it work as it should have, directly out of the box. And yes, the pros of using iOS far outweigh the cons, for me, along with a great deal of other people, judging by their sales numbers and the fact that the iPhone has eclipsed Samsung on many occasions for the most popular brand of mobile device.
As far as your assertion that you can fork graphene to work on other devices, I already know that. You know why they only develop for the pixel? Not just because Google does a shit job, it’s also the only device that will allow you to use a custom AVB(Android verified boot)key to relock your bootloader. If you tried that with another device, you would brick it.
You seem to be trying your best to invalidate my statements when all you’re doing is making yourself look petty. If you choose freedom and customization over security and optimization, that’s on you, but don’t try and act like Android users are the smart ones for simply using the former like the other person inferred.
I have no clue what your rant about banks is all about, I can use any banking app I want, making it mandatory to use a device, won’t change anything for iOS.
