Consider this: A WORD is a SEED. 🌱

A word gets planted in you.

Then it gets repeated.
Again.
And again.
Through childhood.
Through relationships.
Through systems.
Through your own inner voice.

Every repetition waters the seed.

Eventually, it takes root. 🌳

And once rooted, it can grow branches into your thoughts, emotions, choices, relationships, and the way you see yourself.

So consider this:

What words have been planted in you?

“I’m not enough.”
“I can’t.”
“I’m broken.”
“I’ll never make it.”

Or…

“I am capable.”
“I am worthy.”
“I can learn.”
“I can build.”
“I can choose differently.”
