Exactly — that’s what I’m trying to create. Here’s my most recent example, a memorial for my mother, Daphne C. Chun. The page reads the actual OP_RETURN inscription directly from the Bitcoin transaction and presents it in a simple human-readable form:

The “Verify on Bitcoin” link then lets anyone independently verify the underlying transaction.
