In case anyone's zaps aren't working, here's a simple solution using Cashu:
1. set <your npub>@npub.cash as your Lightning address
2. set up a cashu.me wallet and login with your nsec (or signer)
You're done.
Alternatively, try Minibits (nprofile…vavr) wallet which also has NWC for sending zaps.
