Finally got to try the delicious light roast I got from yggr (nprofile…nzpx) this morning. The coffee was delicious, had a rich and chocolatey taste with no bitterness whatsoever.

24oz of coffee, ground in a burr grinder. 194°F water in a Hario Mugen x Switch brewer. Let sit for about 45s before letting through. Filled tbe pour over twice.
