Even 10% is too high, and yeah I just got a bit triggered because it feels like fudding a tried and tested solution for a custom one.
The only thing that kept me curious was the claim of 10 minutes because I've typically found that the process of rolling, writing, looking up on paper etc takes around 40+ mins for people to do in practice. Paper flipping and picking up and putting down a pencil takes a lot of time.
The shuffling in your solution does appear faster, but I'm not sure I'm convinced it is as unbiased as you claim.
