Recently I notized a lot of traffic related to 30023 events with porn links. After implementing a block list filter the traffic is normal again. I think this is better than financing porn sites.
If you want I can provide you the source of my Nostr Spam Fighter server or an API key. Pass the naddr or an image link and get pos/neg result.
