just updated the fresh lightning package now extremely simple:
1. install @coinexams/lightning on server
2. run `npx @coinexams/lightning setup`, all included phoneix setup/upgrade
3. add `startLightning` to code
4. use `client.zapProcess` to process zap request, all included
