I think a Nostr-based solution for this would be best. Btw, I have cloned an older version of nowhere into Shakespeare. So I could create a new project for the directory and refer to the nowhere project folder as well to implement url decoding.
And if I build this, I also could implement additional support for my own three offline URL-fragment-using apps as well.
