Their ETF is a Tradfi wrapper for *their customer's* bitcoin for which the customers have a legal claim to, which by law has to be hold with a third party custodian (there's an oxymoron!); same for all ETFs. Blackrock harvests the tiny fee of the gigantic amount .. but that's NOT ownership
