It helps to cut down the following you have that keep up nothing but EBSC and other coin talk; I have spikes (including now) where I’m such, but far more often than not I also talk about other shit (albeit, politics primarily).
You just have to filter down (or out) the noise and curate the experience you want to have; 7fqx (npub1njs…7fqx) has a good few follow lists that do such a thing as a starting point.
