Evening, Toots. Had a bleugh day after a bad night, but managed (after several failed starts with the white sauce, ridiculous when it's something I must have made hundreds of times in my life - I shouldn't attempt to cook when I'm not very well!) to make macaroni cheese for dinner. The old fashioned way with tomatoes and breadcrumbs and some more cheese browned on top in the oven. It was worth it, for the comfort food factor, and I threw a heap of baby spinach in there as well, just to get some veges tonight.
We're getting tiny little spots of rain, but not enough to register in the gauge.
The car goes in for service tomorrow, fingers crossed it's just a basic one.
I have got no research work done for my gallery stuff today, my brain is too fogged. (I'm meant to be looking for possible building modification funding for disability access; also more AI policy stuff; as well as my own art practice...)
