I have a Very Fedi question:
Since I'm a 'family of one' I often end up with spoiled dairy (particularly milk & sour cream) due to simply these items coming in too big a packaging for me to consume before expiry. These don't go into compost (can put the sour cream into bokashi in small amounts), so often end up in trash/drain. What sustainable ways are there to better use leftover or spoiled milk/dairy products?
