Personally, I think it's kind of awesome that Pride is a shared resource that matters so much to so many different kinds of people, and I like that it's a subject of conversation and debate. Seeing the first bits of Pride discourse come across the wire is a harbinger of the season, like first hearing "The Little Drummer Boy" on the loudspeaker in Target in late October.
