Starvation and typhus killed most of the people in German camps towards the end of the war after the allies had destroyed their food production and logistics. About half the dead were not jews.
Don't forget about Eisenhower's death camps setup AFTER the war ended for German POW's. Nobody is allowed to excavate the mass graves there, but reasonable estimates of deaths from starvation and exposure are over 700,000.
