Can’t speak for others, but for our team, Pepe is the character that is memeing the whole clown world that we live in today and reminds us that even though things going on outside maybe serious, people can have some fun. Pepe is literally the meme of everything. Reminding us to not take ourselves or sometimes the world too seriously. When it comes to Bitcoin, Pepe is that face or character that brings that golden comedic energy to the way some people react over Bitcoin or other things related or not in the world.
Then there’s always the lore of Pepe over at The book of Kek, which it seems that some people decided to run with as a cult and actually believe it to be some nefarious cult. Especially in a time where people were calling Bitcoin itself a cult and unsurprisingly many still actually believe it is a cult to this day.
