Satoshi wanted Bitcoin’s blockchain to stay clean, minimal, and used only for money.

He did not intend for people to store random data, NFTs, or harmful content on it.

Today, Bitcoin allows arbitrary data, including things that were never part of the original vision.

Concern about this — and interest in Monero — follows Satoshi’s own principles.

He wouldn’t see the shift as betrayal; he’d see it as a logical response to Bitcoin drifting away from his intended design.

Monero’s strict structure (no arbitrary data, privacy by default) actually aligns more closely with the clean, focused system Satoshi described.
