It really doesn’t solve any problems for me, and mostly introduces more headaches. I can’t verify its supply, so I can’t be sure it isn’t subject to an inflation bug. Syncing the chain on a mobile wallet is an annoying UX. My unit of account is already bitcoin, and I don’t like dealing with shady swap services. Plus, I don’t think all transactions need to be on-chain, which is why I still prefer Lightning.
