in the 2000s in several Latin American countries, governments and private companies were trying to bring both the Japanese and Google work models.
according to them it was to attract more discipline, but once I started to investigate more for myself what Japan is like and really work at Google, I started to wonder if they really want to impose that culture because of how one is taught from a young age that one should be submissive. to their leaders and work hard for very little.
