I am questioning the drive to stay on daylight savings time.
It just makes sense to me that the sun should be in the south between 11:30 and 12:30 unless there are really strong reasons by public and private connections an entity belongs outside it's geographically determined time zone. Could be the case for Los Angeles.
Business hours can be adjusted to be consistent with the time zone.
