Someone asked me to read "Theo on Golden." I have not enjoyed it. It's like Pollyanna, but with an old Portuguese guy instead of a precocious young girl. It's like a Hallmark channel movie in book form. If anyone wants to see the modern, liberal catholic vision of morality, anchored on "infinite human dignity" and "personal experience" - this is a story book version of the abominable teaching of Pope Francis (and, to date, Pope Leo).
