There's power in what we decide to call ourselves, a big difference between something we do and something we are.
I've noticed that even though I'd played music for years, I hesitated to say I'm a musician. Same for a lot of other things too, so I try to get used to the terms for what I'm becoming, instead of shying away.
At the same time, seeing the strength of our words, being careful not to just adopt identities other people want us to carry.
