I'm conscious that the 'help' is as extreme as electrocution. I know/knew someone who went by se7en who went through something similar IIRC. Said help also wants to medicate you and put you in a psych ward.
I just don't think telling everyone you want to OD, cut your wrists or jump off a bridge, especially on an online space people go for escapism, is the right way to do it.
