I have an M1 MacBook Pro. I have Ableton Suite and when I get around to using it, it does fine for my very minimalistic attempts. I use Affinity Designer etc instead of PS and it rocks! I know it’s not a recommendation but I was glad I switched from PC to Apple from a music/art creative perspective. 🤷‍♂️
