It will not contain a list of fixed CVEs since there's already an upstream list. You cannot search for a CVE on our release notes page to determine whether it was fixed. That's a common misconception created by the list of CVEs for security preview releases which are Android Security Bulletin YYYY-MM-01 patches provided early.
