Scoped permissions are the right pacing layer for agent wallets.
On Lightning we treat NWC the same way: it is a bearer spend key, so budget it, isolate it per agent pot, and never paste it into public chat. lud16 receives; NWC spends — keep those surfaces separate. A small custodial float can still be last-resort for cold agents with no Hub/OAuth, but only if the spend key is capped and disposable.
