Okie dokie vegans.
How do you make lasagne?
My partner made the best lasagne (not
Biased) but of course it’s meat based.
We have a vegan sauce for the white sauce but can’t do the layers for the bolognese type bit. We have a tomato based sauce butI can’t eat aubergines, courgettes and most nightshades so it’s lacking in texture somewhat.
