This looks really interesting. We have also been trying to build a small Turkish Nostr community around https://nostr.org.tr/ and most of the work there has been driven by Emre and a few people helping around it. We currently have a Turkish read and write relay at wss://relay.nostr.org.tr/ and a media server at https://media.nostr.org.tr/ for image sharing. Would you consider supporting these in some way inside nostr-proto.org? Maybe as optional infrastructure for Turkish users or as part of a future local community setup. I know your forum itself is built around NIP 29 groups on your own relay so I am not suggesting replacing that. I am just curious whether local relays and media servers like ours could have a place around the forum. I think it could be useful for connecting smaller language communities to a larger Nostr space.
