What is falsifiable in: "probably there are cases, where vaccine sideeffects were accounted to the effects for the lack of them..."?

Every medicine has some time to take effect. With coffein you have around 20-40 minutes until the effect is in full activity.

So it is reasonable to account people that only just got vaccinated still as unvaccinated. Since their immune system did not yet get the time to react fully on the jab.

But this will make a very small change in evidence. When a pandemic was here around 3 years, I would not give a damn about two weeks.

And yes. Today it is more clear than ever, that vaccines like Phizer, Modena and those used in the west had by far lower sideeffects, than the infection has had effects on the body.

The most sever sideeffect of vaccines (Myocarditis) occured 7 times more often in infected people than in people that had the vaccine. So yes this was may still a sideeffect. But COVID caused it also simply in a much higher number of people.
