Armada appears to work reliably for me (taking into account that both sides have correct relay lists). It supports encrypted media in particular, which is crucial for me. The app may not work on some Android devices: it may fail to load relay lists. I don't use the native desktop app; the web version works great.

Nospeak also works reliably for me, even as an Android app on a relatively ancient device. It's more minimalistic, yet appears to be less actively maintained. It supports encrypted media but may not decode it if it was sent from Armada. It doesn't support Concord group chats as well.

0xchat desktop app worked well for me, yet it was CPU heavy. As far as I remember, there was no encrypted media support. I don't know whether any of this has changed. There's no Concord either.
