My new Merry People boots arrived today and they didn’t quite fit.
What a pleasant surprise to find how simple and pain free their exchange process is.
With a few clicks here and a few clicks there, I’d registered the return and selected the replacement pair, then moments later the mailing labels arrived in my inbox to return the smaller ones.
It was an absolute dream!!
