Are you suggesting that Bip110 would improve the actual day to day usage of "Bitcoin"?
If so you are very wrong. As someone who has put a significant amount of effort into MoE. And someone who goes out of his way to spend Bitcoin, mostly to my own detriment I can tell you Bip110 would do absolutely nothing to improve MoE.
I was a Bip110 supporter btw
