Claude's verdict:

That's a real trust-model change. A Boltz swap was a cryptographic contract where either both legs completed or neither did, and you could always refund unilaterally without the provider. An Exchange order is a counterparty relationship — Bull Bitcoin owes you the payout once you've paid in. The mitigations in the release are order-bookkeeping mitigations, not cryptographic ones: orders are persisted before funds move, interrupted broadcasts can resume safely, payins are refused past the confirmation deadline, order terms are bounded against the original quote so the price can't drift on you, and funded failures remain visible and reconcilable. Worth knowing if "non-custodial" was why you picked the wallet.

...so, for actual non-custodial Boltz swaps feel free to shop at swapmarket.github.io
