All the stuff I make is open: PCB designs and manufacturing files, BOM, etc. It's the best I can do.
There's a new model in the works (the Hestia32) which requires self-hosting OpenHAB or Home Assistant which is based on an ESP-32. I'm not sure if that one is 100% open hardware, but it at least has multiple vendors to choose from, specifically because of supply issues like this.
