I once bought some on an exchange, withdrew it, and later redeposited it to same sam CEX to sell it back. If you know monero, it means they can see it came from them, right?
Still got a proof of fund request for that little $100 stack. Dropped that exchange ofc but clearly the conclusion is: every monero is tainted. Cause "tainted coins" in practice means: it get you signaled as a bad actor.
After all, the new normal is that you are a criminal unless you can prove otherwise. Though at least it's fungible right. 😂
