Well, the way I see it, either the people are free or some voter in Beijing gets a say in how much inheritance tax some guy in Shenzhen must pay against his will after having just lost his parents. I don't think voting makes you free, it makes you complicit, or as George Carlin said: "It only encourages the bastards".
Theory aside, I totally understand that you wanna get rid of Chinese fascism, it's a beautiful country and culture and I'm sure it'd be even better without having to watch your mouth all the time 😅
