Binance-linked entities Nest Trading, DistributedTechnologies and Chaintecs have sued RedotPay co-founders in Hong Kong, per Bloomberg.
They claim the trio breached agreements by diverting over 470,000 users from Binance Card to RedotPay and seek $472.8 million in damages.
Binance says RedotPay improperly used Binance Pay funds for its own cards, bringing in roughly $304 million.
RedotPay says it will vigorously defend and operations are unaffected.
