I believe we choose to incarcerate here at this time for some particular reason. We choose the hard path because we are the brave ones. The amnesia to our past lives and true self is a feature not a bug, it makes a brutally hard task a little bit easier without the clear memory of how much better things can be.
It makes that choice of what to do with the time we’re given easier to focus on. We chose to be here at this time, let’s make the most of it.
