You should complete one small commitment first before endeavoring on a broader one. You are not being transparent and only providing details once questioned. You should have explained in the new campaign and linked to the completed campaign or deposit the funds collected from completed campaign into the new one.
Also it is best to engage students in activities where they can earn the BCH. Such as using Nostr and posting then some funds are released. Giving financial support just for showing up is not a good practice.
