anyway,
one can also symlink that file to /etc/ssl/certs/ca-certificates.crt but not sure if it will survive next wp upgrade...
or maybe request an option to use system certs, (ca-certificates)... like "WP_USE_SYSTEMCA" or whatever in upstream ...
some tip i read someplace to remove file completely, isn't working, connection to wordpress.org fails (health report).
