Regarding market creator liquidity: PREDYX currently uses LMSR, which requires a minimum liquidity subsidy from the market creator. In return, creators can earn up to 15% of all sats wagered on their market, depending on market activity and the fee rate they choose themselves.
Creators may incur losses if a market doesn't generate enough trading activity on both sides and therefore doesn't accumulate enough fees to offset the initial subsidy. For this reason, we generally recommend creating markets that allow for meaningful price movement and participation from both sides, which increases the likelihood of recovering the initial liquidity through fees.
We're also currently building out our documentation to better explain topics like this. Most of the documentation is already available at https://docs.predyx.com, and we're continuously expanding it.
