so the problem isn’t really propagation in the traditional sense. it’s retrieval and reconciliation across partially overlapping relay graphs. if clients don’t aggressively process and recover events across relays, ux becomes inconsistent very quickly. nostr can be decentralized underneath but clients still have to make that complexity disappear. if they can't, nostr goes nowhere. its every client's problem and it's a biggy.
