Ok, I always had a feeling I'm missing something with these HWW but nobody could explain to me whats the benefit? It's just a (bad) trade off as far as I can see.
I would always still recommend some real life back ups when creating any digitally stored secrets as these are prone to more unforeseen decay or corruption.
